Overview

Die Huisie is a beautiful cottage situated about 1km from De Rust and the spectacular Meiringspoort, offering guests a true Klein Karoo experience in the scenic Swartberg area.

The Cottage sleeps 4 guests and has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, lounge and dining area. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has 2 single beds. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and a basin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and has a two-plate stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery and a built-in braai. The living area has a dining table with seating for 4, a couch and a pedestal fan. There is 1 large air-conditioning unit for the entire cottage and Wi-Fi is also available.

Outside, there is a fire pit and a dining table with chairs on one side of the cottage and a veranda with benches and a portable braai on the other side. Guests have access to secure parking.

Outdoor lovers can enjoy various hiking and biking trails and a host of fun activities in the area, including horseback riding, fishing, bird watching, wine tasting and game drives.
