Double Room:
You can expect to sleep deeply in this traditionally styled room with a firma mattress and comfortable bedding. Be lulled into slumber with the oxygen-rich Karoo mountain breeze and the fresh, farm air. Enjoy the peace and quiet of this little Victorian hamlet. Rooms are en suite, with a shower, a separate toilet cubicle, and Wi-Fi.

Twin Room:
Classic designs and robust Victorian furniture are featured in our twin rooms. The soft sounds of the berg breeze and surrounding Karoo nature ensure a wonderful night’s sleep. Includes luxurious bedding, an en-suite bathroom. a separate toilet cubicle, and Wi-Fi.

The Fat Fig
Wake up to an inclusive traditional, full-house breakfast at our in-house Klaarstroom restaurant. The welcoming host will seat you at a table, with a classic white table cloth, in our dining room full of Victorian charm. After helping yourself to yoghurt and cereal, your amiable wait staff will take an order for a cooked breakfast that will satiate your appetite and set you up for the day.

Lunches and dinners are reminiscent of homestyle cooking, with delightful moederskos, homemade pies and freshly baked pizzas. Choose to eat in the dining room, in the large bar dining area, or at one of the garden tables. In between meals, relish a cold beer or gin and tonic while enjoying a dip in the outdoor pool, taking in the marvellous scenery of the karoo hillside and Klaarstroom mountains.

The time-honoured pub showcases a stunning solid yellowwood bar, an original wagon wheel and a display case full of Victorian relics. It provides a relaxing environment to simply wind down. In winter, the lounge offers an inviting fireplace to keep you toasty on the cooler nights.
