At Kobus se Gat, meals are prepared in true African spirit. They mainly cook over an open fire, and their signature freshly made roosterkoek accompanies every meal. Choose from traditional South African favourites like ostrich fillet, bobotie, potjiekos and their famous Braai Experience.

Although their welcoming atmosphere and huge portions are more than enough to draw you in, you’re also spoiled with the most beautiful views. It’s the ideal stopover when exploring the Swartberg Circle Route – about 40 km from Oudtshoorn and 32 km from Prince Albert via the Swartberg Pass.
